Our tips for making a barbecue at home safely ...

Making a barbecue seems simple, but nothing further! It has its difficulty. Starting with what meats to choose, because there are different meats and each one has its cooking time.

  1. Do not roast the bacon and leave the sausages raw. It is also not necessary to go crazy buying so that later on everything. W recommend that we calculate about 150 grams of meat per person for the entrees (chorizo, sausages, etc.) and in the main course, about 200 grams of lean meat. Do not forget the vegetables, in every barbecue that is respected there must be garnish.
  2. Before getting down to work, make sure that the barbecue is perfectly clean: "Our barbecue will be cleaned after use," In any case, to clean a barbecue, you have to do it with the grill still hot, adding plenty of salt and rubbing with Newspaper. This prevents the grill from getting odors. In any case, before you start cooking, heat the grill about 10m to eliminate bad odors and glued grease from last use.
  3. "How do we know if the coals are good to put the food? It is a big question and every teacher has his book. “The embers are ready when the flame disappears almost completely and the heat has been distributed evenly over the entire surface. The ideal time to start cooking is when the ashes turn a whitish color, or the charcoal a reddish orange hue. It is then when we will have to start placing the food on the barbecue ”.

It will feature Belgian disc jockey Amelie Lens and the Pan-Pot group. Sevillians Natos and Waor will also be present with their committed style full of rap and psychedelic sounds.

From 22 to 24 May Monzón will celebrate the Templar festival

With this party Monsoon recovers one of the key episodes of its history: When King Jaime I called El Conquistador, still a child, resided in the town's castle. During his stay he was under the protection of the Templar Order. Guillem de Mont-Rodón was his tutor and without a doubt his influence left a mark on the character of the future king.

During that weekend, Monzón celebrates a Tribute to Guillem de Montrodon.

The Festival has been declared of Tourist Interest in Aragon and is undoubtedly one of the most important cultural events in the town.
